His floppy ears, her soft fur, the tiny kitten faces…so much cuteness overload in one place 😭💗 He doesn’t really understand what is going on, but he knows the little guys are important to his cat friend and is going to guard them no matter what … remarkable , absolutely beautiful This is the most chill mother cat I have ever seen in my entire life. Having supervised both cats and dogs giving birth before and having other animals, I was fully expecting her to attack this pup when he got too close to her babies, considering these kittens look like newborns, I am surprised how willing she is to allow this pup so near her and the babies. Clearly she trusts him. Other than the one swipe, she was totally relaxed with him. The fact the cat lets the dog get that close to both her and her kittens is proof of the trust she has with the shepherd. Such a good relationship. The fact that the cat let’s a dog interact so closely while in such a vulnerable position is remarkable The mom treating the Puppy like it’s just her oldest child meeting all the younger kitten siblings ❤ A chill mommy..she knows the puppy will not hurt her kitties but in case those sharp claws are ready!🙄😊. .. an adorable intelligent pup he is! You can tell when the mother meows that she’s telling the pup “You can be here but behave yourself” He looks so goofy and adorable. His fluffy ears 🥹😂😂💕 the way he walked in with his little octopus in his mouth 😭 then dropped it when he saw mommy cat and her cute kittens 🥰 It’s clear that the Mum cat already feels quite safe with Chase. She relaxes and rolls onto her back a little which showed a huge sense of trust. It looks like he wants to make sure she’s OK and her congratulate her on her babies <3 Loved this. He’s a big baby with clumsy paws, but he means no harm, the kisses show that, and the fact she didn’t get upset & go into insane mama mode says she’s a gentle lady herself. She knows he’s a baby too. 🥰. They will be BFF’s.
